My Future Is Bleak Because I Am Obese

I am in trouble I now have to shop in the big men’s department at the clothing store. Society is not designed for larger people. I spend more at the supermarket than is necessary. This has all been created because I weigh to much, but I have to change the way I look now. I’m just not sure how I can accomplish this daunting feat.
Before I had figured out what I should do, I caught the program called the Biggest Loser which was about people who needed to lose weight. I went online and found out that the show had a website that included a link to the biggest loser forum where there were all sorts of helpful hints, tools and chat rooms that are dedicated to helping people lose weight. I felt better knowing that I was not alone in my desire to lose weight. It would be much easier to accomplish anything if I didn’t have to do it alone. That took care of part one when I had some plans about how to reach my goal.
After doing the research, I learned that I had to figure out how much I should lose. I couldn’t wait any longer to lose a lot of weight. I knew that I had to learn how to lose weight fastbecause my health was in danger and if I did not act quickly, I might not get another chance to succeed, and like the people on the show I had watched, I decided that I could lose more than ten pounds a week if I worked hard enough. I was prepared for all the hard work that I knew lay ahead of me on my quest to lose weight.
I could not achieve the results by myself, I knew that I wouldn’t succeed by doing a handful of six pack ab exercises in the comfort of my own home whenever I could find the time to do it, and I wanted some professional help. So I got off my sofa, and made my way down to the local gym. The gym was the best place for me to work out with the assistance of experts all around me. In order to be safe about losing weight, I sought out the help of my physician. I was given a plan by my physician that would allow me to drop the pounds the right way. I was giving a workout routine by the people at the health club. The weight loss program has started.
I dedicated all of my time to reaching my goal of losing weight. I couldn’t fit anything else into my schedule. The diet and exercise started to work. My waistline was shrinking. I lost ten pounds a week for the first few weeks. But then I hit a wall and for the next two weeks I wasn’t able to lose any more weight. My physician let me know that this happens from time to time and it is nothing that I should be concerned about. I listened to my friends and family and stuck with it. After a short time, I started to lose weight again. My self image was back up again because I didn’t give up.
I have made a major impact on my life by making the decision to lose weight and have been very successful going from over four hundred pound to about two hundred and thirty pounds in under a year. It wasn’t always easy, but it was all worth it. Losing the weight has allowed me to do things I haven’ done since I was a teenager. Friends and family are awestruck at the amount of weight I have lost. My self esteem is soaring due to the fact that I like the way that I look now. The best part of the journey has not been losing the weight although I wouldn’t want it back. I have learned that I like the way the person that I am no matter what I look like. I could not get that for any amount of money.
